It's been more than 75 years that we've been cropping apples of different kinds. From one matured, original idea, apple products have been processed into various forms. Excellent, tasty juice has been savoured. Cider juice has accompanied different meals, without forgetting the vinegar that adds a special flavor to your salads and better for your health. We let you choose. It's been two generations that the Pedneault have perseveringly been renovating the various apple products year after year.

LES MOULINS DE L’ISLE-AUX-COUDRES

The only site of its kind in Canada, this museum houses a fully functional watermill (1825) and windmill (1836), as well as a miller’s residence. Tradition lives on with the authentic millstones used to grind wheat and buckwheat into flour, which visitors may purchase on the premises. Fresh goods baked in an old-fashioned clay oven are also available. Guided & self-guided tours. A multifunctional Welcome Center features a pop art exhibit by islander Alfred Desgagnés, a mid-Lenten mask exhibit, as well as a media room that gives insight into the habits and customs of the islanders. Science workshops called Les Moulins à science are available upon reservation. Souvenir shop.
