About

It's hard not to succumb to the urge to taste everything and return to your childhood in this island branch of the famous chocolate shop Les Éboulements. The most delicate aromas welcome you to this gourmet stop in a whirlwind where chocolate delights abound. At the dairy bar, you can dip your soft cream in artisanal Belgian chocolate, made with cocoa and 100% cocoa butter. The glass displays will make your mouth water with more than 50 varieties of fine chocolates without any artificial additives, 24 kinds of fudge, and a range of 27 hot chocolates to treat yourself or give as gifts. Gluten-free, sugar-free, organic and fair trade options are also available, made with cocoa from 21 different countries by Belgian-trained chocolatiers Line St-Pierre and Yves Huppé, passionate artisans of international renown.

Immerse yourself in a rustic atmosphere and take the time to explore the small chocolate museum. The panoramic site offers a direct view of the majestic river, allowing you to savor the experience with your eyes as much as your taste buds. Savor the moment; the chocolate factory invites you to an incomparable sensory experience and will leave you with sweet memories every time you visit!
