À propos
Both a watermill and a windmill are built on this exceptional site located in proximity to another, and beautifully restored. Like many years ago, the miller grinds the grain and you can assist to the demonstration of wheat and buckwheat milling at the watermill. You can buy the freshly grounded flour on stone wheels from the souvenir boutique as well as many other local products. Guided or autonomous tours are offered.
