About

The Pedneault Cider Mill and Orchards is a century-old family business. Producing happiness since 1918, its orchards now boast more than 6000 apple trees of 35 varieties and 3000 fruit trees (pears, plums, cherries, and Saskatoon berries). A cider-making economuseum, its range of processed products and 25 alcoholic beverages are marketed throughout Quebec, promoting Isle-aux-Coudres and Charlevoix. Innovative and expanding, it is also active in the restaurant industry with its restaurant-bistro Le Corylus and its biscuit/creamery Aux fruits du biscuitier. Recognized by both its peers and customers, it is one of the most dynamic tree-growing businesses in Quebec.
