FADOQ (formerly Federation of Associations of Senior Citizens of Quebec) is the largest organization for seniors in Canada, with more than 600,000 members aged 50 and over.

Its mission is to defend the rights of its members, promote active aging, break isolation through leisure activities, and offer them a multitude of discounts and privileges.

Weekly activities
-Sunday: Pocket Baseball (September to May)
-Thursday: Card games (all year round)

Activities every 2 weeks
-Sunday: Bingo (all year round)

In the summer period
-Almost every evening: Croquet
-Petanque
